Returns & Exchanges
Conditions for Returns/Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging—just as you received them.
How to Initiate a Return
Send your items to the given address by our support team, along with a copy of your packing list or a note including your order number and the reason for the return/exchange:
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged Goods or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@GalacticThreadz.com with your order number and full name. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue and make things right.
Order Information Verification
Please double-check your shipping and billing address at checkout, as they cannot be modified after your order is placed. Orders can only be canceled if there is a critical issue.
Fraud Prevention & Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order flagged as potentially fraudulent by our payment system.

Domestic Shipping
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation, contact us at support@GalacticThreadz.com .
International Shipping
Yes! We ship globally. 🌍 Shipping rates vary based on your location and order weight. Duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Additional Policies
Packages Returned to Sender
If your package is returned due to an invalid or insufficient address, we can reship it for an additional shipping fee. If you prefer not to have it reshipped, we’ll issue store credit for the order total (minus the shipping cost).
Lost Packages
While we pack and ship with care, we are not responsible for lost packages once they leave our warehouse. If your package is missing, please contact the courier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) directly to file a claim.
